Wanis is a Marie Skłodowska Curie Research Fellow. His current research focuses on developing a new generation of multi-functional nanocarriers for cancer therapy applications. Previously, his research tackled challenges associated with surgical implants, tissue degeneration, sports injuries, self-healing polymers, composite materials, and nanomaterials.
